The Annexation Arbitration Panel regarding Petition # AN 009- 22 filed by the City of Newnan on behalf of Pulte Home Company, LLC/Green Top Road, LLC will conduct a PREHEARING CONFERENCE on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. regarding the proposed annexation of 163.61± acres located on Greentop Road [Tax ID # 085-5086-001, # 085-5086-003, # 085-5107-002, and # 085- 5107-003 (partial)] into the City of Newnan.

The meeting will be conducted in the Richard A. Bolin Council Chambers (City Council Chambers) located at 25 LaGrange Street, Newnan. The public is invited to attend in person or view the meeting on the City’s Facebook page.
