The Annexation Arbitration Panel regarding Petition # AN 006-22 filed by the City of Newnan on behalf of Lennar Georgia, LLC will conduct an ARBITRATION HEARING on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. regarding the proposed annexation of 31.79± acres located at 521 Lower Fayetteville Road (Tax ID # 087-5011-001) into the City of Newnan.

The meeting will be conducted in the Community Room at West Georgia Technical College located at 200 Campus Drive, Newnan.
