The Annexation Arbitration Panel regarding Petition # AN 006-22 filed by the City of Newnan on behalf of Lennar Georgia, LLC will conduct a PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. regarding the proposed annexation of 31.79± acres located at 521 Lower Fayetteville Road (Tax ID # 087-5011-001) into the City of Newnan.
The meeting will be conducted in the Richard A. Bolin Council Chambers (City Council Chambers) located at 25 LaGrange Street, Newnan.
