Lola, a registered therapy dog, and her handler, Ms. Pam, provides a free fifteen minute, private reading exercise for elementary and middle school aged students.  You will register a 15-minute interval between 2:45 - 4:30 p.m. for your child to have the opportunity to read a story with Lola in the Newnan Carnegie Library!  You can only register one 15-minute session per child!  A one time permission form is required to participate with Lola.  So, if your child has never read with Lola before, then you should arrive a few minutes before your registered session to read over the form and sign it.  If you would prefer to register as a virtual attendee, instead of coming into the Newnan Carnegie Library, please email aurda@cityofnewnan.org .
