Bounce down to a Mardi Gras-themed Food Truck Friday Night at Resurrection Lutheran Church, in the parking lot, with a pavilion and picnic tables.  The community is invited to come and grab a bite, either to-go or to stay, and enjoy in the socially safe pavilion, with NOLA music and themed games and prizes.  There will be a full Cajun/Creole menu, with freshly made andouille and boudin; jambalaya; shrimp and grits; and Cajun catfish.  Desserts will range from authentic NOLA sno-balls; beignet popcorn; sweet potato pie; and bread pudding.
