The Newnan Presbyterian Church is hosting a blood drive.  The Red Cross is testing all blood donations for COVID-19 antibodies and donors can expect to receive the results of their antibody test within 1-2 weeks.  Platelet donors during the month of March are eligible for a $20 gift card from Home Depot and an exclusive Red Cross t-shirt between March 15-26, while supplies last.  Donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment prior to arriving at the blood drive and are required to wear a face covering or mask while at the drive, in alignment with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  Donation appointments may be made by downloading the free Blood Donor App; visiting RedCrossBlood.org; or by calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).
