Join Empowered 4 Life, a local nonprofit, for a seminar that will focus on race relations and how to safely interact with law enforcement. The event will include live re-enacements on what happens when someone is stopped by law enforcement, with an officer who will discuss the laws and rights of citizens. This event will also feature a local high school student; District Attorney Herb Cranford; Coweta County Sheriff Lenn Wood; FCA Representative Daryle Smith; and Foundation Church Pastor Clint Nolder as speakers. This event will focus on the next steps for the community as well as hearing heart-felt messages from speakers.
