Dogwood Veterinary Hospital & Laser Center is  having a COVID-friendly fundraising event to support the Newnan-Coweta Humane Society AND the Coweta County Sheriff's K-9's.  BBQ plates for sale ($10) will include a sandwich, chips, and a drink.  There will be a pet costume contest, best mask contest, DJ, silent auction, and a 50/50 raffle.  The pet costume contest starts at noon and the winner of the best face mask will be announced at 1:00 p.m.  The silent auction is from 10:00 a.m. -- 1:00 p.m.  Winners MUST be present to win or be available to pay over the phone at 1:30 p.m.  For more information, call Dogwood at 770-253-3416.  So, come and enjoy all the fun and bring your precious pet(s)!!
