All Keep Newnan Beautiful Events are held behind Newnan City Hall (at 25 Lagrange Street) in downtown Newnan.   Most events are from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.    The only exception is the electronics event which takes place from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
