Dr. Walter Todd has a Ph.D. in history but focuses mainly on American Military History.  Todd has been a professor at the University of West Georgia and is retired from West Georgia Technical College.  He will share his love for America's past, present, and future through his teachings.  This month he will be covering the Doolittle Raid on Japan, which occurred on August 18, 1942.  For information, call the Carnegie Library at 770-683-1347.
