Even if you haven’t done yoga before, as long as you have reasonable body awareness, you can join this Sunday All Levels class at 11:15 am. It has has a little bit of everything in it, including Sun Salutations, standing poses, seated poses, forward folds, twists, and backbends for a complete and balanced practice.

Enjoy a full five to ten minutes of relaxation at the end of this practice.

Nourishing and revitalizing, this 10 am class on Mondays and Wednesdays is the perfect way to wake up the mind and body.

With a focus on stretching, breathing, and improving balance, we will do seated and standing poses, along with one or two modified slow vinyasa flows. 

I promise there will be no showy feats of strength or extreme flexibility!

This class is accepting of beginners and those with physical challenges

Come mellow down on Wednesday evenings at 6 pm with this gentle class that flows, rolls, and stretches the day’s tension away.

This is a fabulous class for when you’re a tired and want to relax, but still want to move a little.

Restorative Yoga is about slowing down and opening the body with passive, supported floor-based stretches. Blankets and pillows provided, and encouraged.

Mellow and low-energy, this practice is a great compliment to high-impact sports and activities, and to your busy life.

The aim of Restorative Yoga is to deeply relax and nourish the body, mind, and spirit.

Stillness is a powerful practice.
